Artwork Guidelines
To ensure the best print results, please follow these guidelines when preparing and uploading your artwork.
File format & resolution
- Use high-resolution files (300 DPI minimum) for best quality.
- Accepted formats: PDF, PNG, JPG, TIFF, AI (Illustrator), PSD.
- For vector artwork, PDF or AI is preferred.
Colour & bleed
- Use CMYK colour mode for accurate print colours.
- Add 3–5 mm bleed around trim edges where content extends to the edge.
- Keep important text and logos within the safe zone (at least 3 mm from trim).
Size & dimensions
- Match your file dimensions to the product size you selected.
- Ensure artwork is correctly oriented (portrait/landscape).
Tips
- Convert all fonts to outlines or embed them in your PDF.
- Avoid using low-resolution images from the web.
- Double-check spelling and layout before uploading.
